PJK Capital is a boutique financial advisory firm in Thailand providing advice and execution in the areas of fund raising alternatives, capital restructuring, debt restructuring to listed and non-listed companies in the country. Now, we are looking for analyst / associate level to join our firm.
Basic Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor or a master degree in Finance,
- Strong analytical skills, good at building an working with excel-based financial models,
- good at summarizing results to produce high-impact presentations,
- Good communication skills with internal and external parties,
- Possess a "can-do" attitude.
- Work experience - Associate level requires a minimum of 2-year experience; no work experience is required for Analyst.
Responsibilities:
The position involves working on financial modeling, and other tasks at various stages of the transaction. This includes performing due diligence of the clients' businesses and transactions, preparing related documentation, and liaising with related regulatory bodies.
